If you wish to book, please complete the on-line booking form and we will reply promptly. Bookings of less than one week are by agreement only. Bookings are held for 5 working days until receipt of deposit ($200 per week). The final balance plus a security deposit of $200 is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Bookings of 4 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $80. We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
